One of the most important aspects of any religious organization is the opportunity for ministry. Many ministers, evangelists, elders, and even pastors do not get the opportunity to utilize their gift of preaching or teaching in larger organizations. As you will see, many of our ministers have had the occasion to speak at state and national meetings.
Another important aspect of any organization is the opportunity for growth. When one goes in for an interview one of the main questions the interviewee will ask is "are there opportunities for growth in this company or this position?" Well, the Pentecostal Assembly of Believers, Inc. has plenty of room for one to grow. There are numerous positional advantages since state councils, auxiliaries, and churches must be established which will require suitable people. We allow individuals to serve in positions that would be virtually impossible in a much larger and older establishment. State and national positions are available.
In the infancy of most organizations and/or churches, one would have the opportunity to utilize their ability to conceptualize innovative ideas. It is our position to embrace hidden talents, administrative abilities, and ministries that will not compromise our mission. With one purpose in mind, that is to help develop the GOD given vision, each and every member of the PAB will have voting rights to establish a governing body. |
